Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). We have strict biosecurity measures in place on our property and as such we cannot accept returns on any plants. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept exchanges due to our biosecurity measures.
