Also known as ‘Chinese Parsley’ and ‘Cilantro’. Best suited to growing for fresh leaves, this variety of coriander is slow to bolt (go to seed). Aromatic leaves can be added to Mexican and Asian dishes at the end of cooking for a fresh burst of flavour. If left to go to seed, it will attract many different beneficial predatory insects to your garden including lady bugs, hoverflies and green lacewings. Water regularly to avoid drought stress that may trigger bolting.
