These peas love to climb, so build them a trellis or support up to 2m high. Keep the water up to them (but don’t over water) and harvest young to avoid the stringiness that can happen. The young shoots can be eaten as well so grab a few extra plants so you can have the best of both worlds- both shoots and pods. Great to eat raw straight from the bush and in salads as well as cooking in stir fries or steamed lightly on their own. Try not to disturb the roots too much when planting these out.
