Buddha's Hand is an unusual shaped fruit also known as a Fingered Citron. It is a very rare but wonderful fruit, with little to no flesh inside. It is prized for its pith and peel, with it being easy to just break off a 'finger' at a time for culinary uses such as marinades, marmalades, liqueurs and cakes.
Ideal for pots and gardens.
