Lemon Pinky is a striking specialty form of the popular Eureka lemon, grown for both its fruit and highly ornamental foliage. The attractive leaves are splashed and variegated with shades of green and cream, making this a standout citrus even when it isn't carrying fruit.

The fruit develops with distinctive green and yellow striping when young, gradually ripening to yellow. Inside, the flesh has an unusual pink blush while retaining the juicy, acidic lemon flavour expected from a Eureka. Its colourful fruit and foliage make Lemon Pinky an excellent choice for gardeners looking for something a little different from the traditional lemon.

Grow as a feature tree in the garden, as an ornamental in a sunny courtyard or in a large pot on a deck or patio. Plant in well-drained soil, water regularly during warmer weather and feed with a quality citrus fertiliser. Protect from strong winds, particularly when flowering or when young fruit is forming. Light pruning can be used to maintain a more compact plant.
