Also known as West Indian Lemongrass, this herb is perfect for your Asian dishes and is prized for it aromatic leaves and stalks. It can be trimmed to a reasonable size, which makes it a lovely ornamental plant too. To harvest simply cut close to the ground and pull out stalks as required starting with the thickest available.
